What are the terms and conditions of placing an ad on Internet Matrimonials?

In the following IM shall refer to Internet Matrimonials and the companies involved in providing it. The term advertiser shall refer to the person(s) placing the ad.

1. The advertiser agrees to use this service as permitted by applicable local, state and federal laws. IM shall not be responsible for any use of this service that is prohibited by law.
2. IM reserves the rights to refuse, modify or discontinue your ad at any time without further notice.
3. IM shall not be liable for any loss or other damage of any sort arising out of use of this service, disruption in, or discontinuation of this service.
4. If there is a disruption in service, IM will automatically extend the expiration date of your ad to compensate for the disruption.
5. The advertiser is responsible for maintaining the security of their password. IM shall not be responsible for any damages caused by loss of password, or others gaining access to the ad status.
6. These terms, and conditions are not all-inclusive and are subject to change at the sole discretion of IM.
