What are the terms and conditions of obtaining an access code on Indian Matrimonial Link?
In the following IML shall refer to Indian Matrimonial Link and the companies involved in providing it. The term user shall refer to the person(s) obtaining or using the access code.
- The user agrees to use this service as permitted by applicable local, state and federal laws. IML shall not be responsible for any use of this service that is prohibited by law.
- IML reserves the rights to refuse, or discontinue your access code at any time without further notice.
- IML shall not be liable for any loss or other damage of any sort arising out of use of this service, disruption in, or discontinuation of this service.
- The user is responsible for maintaining the security of their access code. IML shall not be responsible for any damages caused by loss of access code, or others using the access code without the consent or knowledge of the user.
- These terms, and conditions are not all-inclusive and are subject to change at the sole discretion of IML.
