I forgot the password for my ad, what should I do?
- We cannot stress how important it is for you to write down your ad code and password and keep it in a safe place.
First try to guess your password. If you are not able to guess your password the system will give you the option to have the password emailed to the administrative email address you provided.
If you are not able to recover your password this way, there is nothing we can do to help you. The amount we would have to charge for retreiving or resetting your password, would be about the same as placing a new Paid ad. Even if it was cost effective, we would still have to verify that the request is really from the owner of the ad and not someone else. Thus your only alternative is to place another ad. Your previous ad will automatically expire.
