I forgot my access code, what should I do?
- We cannot stress how important it is for you to write down your access code and keep it in a safe place.
First make sure that you are entering the access code correctly. The first 6 characters are numbers and the last 4 are letters.
Check the email account that you gave when you purchased the ad code. An email containing the access code was sent to you when you purchased it. Most people save this email.
If you are not able to recover your access code this way, there is nothing we can do to help you. The amount we would have to charge for retreiving your access code, would be about the same as the cost of a new one. Even if it was cost effective, we would still have to verify that the request is really from the owner of the access code and not someone else. Thus your only alternative is to get another access code.
